U.S. Grade "A" Assurance

CONSUMER CONFIDENCE:

Your customers will associate GRADE "A" seal with other high quality protein items they have seen in other retail stores such as GRADE "A" beef.

CONSUMER SAFETY:

The on-site federal inspector is present in the processing area to ensure that the product is being produced in a sanitary environment and that the product itself is wholesome and pure.

3rd PARTY INSPECTION:

Quarterly audits are performed by highly trained Federal inspectors to monitor overall plant sanitation and food safety, and to also ensure that all food safety issues are addressed. Current audit reports can be made available to customers.

NO RETAILER LIABILITY:

The US government certifies that all declared specifications are met.

ADVERTISING INCENTIVE:

In store promotional material will be provided at no cost initially.

USE IN SERVICE COUNTERS:

All GRADE "A" certified shrimp may be used in fresh counters and it is permissible to advertise the shrimp as GRADE "A". (Guidelines will be provided.)

PRIVATE LABEL:

JBS will be happy to pack GRADE "A" in your company label or store brand. We can help you get your package approved by the appropriate government agency and manufactured. The entire process takes about three months.
